Concern:
Slightly bulbous tip, thick skin, with dorsal hump resulting in concerns about balance and natural definition.
GOAL:
To refine the profile and nasal tip for improved facial harmony and balance while retaining her identity and natural features.
Procedure:
Primary rhinoplasty was performed using ultrasonic piezo rhinoplasty techniques, creating a natural postoperative appearance while minimizing swelling and downtime.
OUTCOME:
At 4 months postop, the patient shows a straighter profile, with a narrower, naturally balanced nasal tip that complements her overall facial features.
This woman in her 20’s presented for primary rhinoplasty for a dorsal hump and somewhat bulbous nasal tip. We used piezoelectric rhinoplasty techniques to naturally lower the bridge while minimizing recovery time.
