Deviated Nose & Tip Refinement

This patient in her 30s presented with a deviated nose, dorsal hump, and tip irregularities. The goal was to restore function while refining her nasal shape for a natural and balanced appearance.

Concern:

Deviated nose and septum, prominent dorsal hump, hanging columella, and tip shape issues.

GOAL:

To achieve a straighter, more balanced nose with refined tip definition while maintaining natural appearance and function.

Procedure:

A primary rhinoplasty was performed using advanced techniques. The dorsal hump and hanging columella were corrected, and the tip cartilages were carefully reshaped to enhance definition without compromising support or breathing.

OUTCOME:

Postoperative images shown at 3 months demonstrate a straighter nose with improved symmetry, refined tip shape, and natural balance.
