Deviated Nose Septum

We performed a primary septorhinoplasty with the piezoelectric ultrasonic rhinoplasty device to create a straighter, more functional nose.

PAtient:

Female in her 30’s

Concern:

Deviated nose and septum due to both congenital and traumatic factors.

GOAL:

Emphasis was placed on creating a natural look after surgery.

Procedure:

We performed a primary septorhinoplasty with the piezoelectric ultrasonic rhinoplasty device to create a straighter, more functional nose. We also corrected a dorsal hump and hanging tip to create a more balanced profile.  

OUTCOME:

Postop images from 3 months postop.
